Tom K. Dyke, Attorney

Having moved from the Midwest in 2002, Tom has spent the intervening years integrating old habits with new. The result-in-progress can be attributed in varying degrees to Bix Beiderbecke, the Timbers Army, and the Oregon workers’ compensation community. The integrity and intelligence of claims professionals in Oregon workers’ compensation demand a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and thoroughness. These qualities are manifest in Tom’s work and have earned him the respect of employers, claims administrators, and attorneys throughout the industry.

Tom graduated from Denison University (Granville, OH) in 2001 and the University of Oregon School of Law in 2006. During his studies, Tom lived and worked throughout Germany and Austria. More recently, Tom has been conducting a comparative study of northeast versus southeast Portland restaurants. The results of that study are unlikely to be published in the near future. Tom is available for speaking engagements and to represent employers in Oregon workers’ compensation matters.
